Calling all hair buffs- seeking lightweight mousse for blonde hair

    Hi pals,

I am really hoping you guys can help me out. I bought a big round brush thing recently in Boots and I love it for volume and a really loose naturalish curl- thing is, it falls out of my hair pretty much straight away. I've tried a ton of different hairsprays- from L'oreal Elnett to Sebastian to my all time fave superglue Tres Semme Freeze Hold, but these don't leave the desired effect- I am going for the 'i spent no time doing my hair it just looks this fabulous all by itself' look.

Soooo, I am in the hope that someone on here can recommend a really good mousse for highlighted hair (completely blonde) that is easy to work with and won't leave sticky residue or product build up. The reason I am seeking one for blonde hair in particular is because I find sometimes mousses can make highlights look dull and change the colour of them ever so slightly, like they look not as fresh or something...you get the jist. I am not really a big fan of the John Frieda range for blondes- I have the hairspray and I don't love it.

I would be much grateful for any suggestions! :)

    Hi

Have you tried a volumising creme or root mousse instead of the normal mousse?
Root lift mousse is excellent if you just want a bit of oomph at the top.
A creme volummiser will make your hair all round big.

I normally use Joico salon products so there is a volumising creme and root lift spray. They are excellent but if you can't get a joico one then other brands do these products also - I can't vouch for them though because havent tried myself.
