apprenticeships norway or somewhere outside ireland

    I am writing on behalf of a good mate, he was working as a plumber in dublin and has only got to phase 2 in apprenticeship but has all the experience (6 years) now.

    he is interested in maybe moving to Norway and looking for an apprenticeship with one of the oil companies?? Or he said if he could get work there he would do that.

    anyone shed some light on this subject of where to start looking etc???

    Without no papers he wont get a job as a plumber in Norway

    How has he only finished phase 2 in 6 years?! Don't think there's much hope on finding work without a qualification.
