    Would love to get a rough idea of what the lot might cost.

    End terrace 2 story 2.5 bed town house. 850sq ft.
    Kitchen and Living Room.


    Standard Dimplex Storage Heaters not the combo or fancy ones.

    Downstairs:

    Probably 2.4kw heater in Kitchen and Living Room
    Small Heater in Hall.

    Upstairs:

    Small Heater on Landing
    Panel Heater in 1 Bedroom only.
    Downflow wall fan heater in Bathroom.


    Plenty of access points to run cable under flooring.
