so, i was in youthreach from i was 15, i am 19 now, and finished in august. i signed on to job seekers allowance and just got word today that i am getting it, the thing is, i got word i was accepted into a college cross border at the end of september, am i too late to apply for btea? and also, could i get btea for going…
