quickest and easiest way is to log on the Property Registration Authority website, search by street address, which you then get a folio number and then print out the folio which will show who the registered owner of the property is.

if you select the addresses tab, it will bring up street, locality, townland etc.....you will have to put in the name of the area and townland if there is no street address. It takes a bit of trial and error to pin down the property. Also it might not be land registry title and could be registry of deeds and there is also a registry of deeds search available on the land registry website....so do your searches in both these sections

You can just search by clicking into the map and then zooming in until you see your property. Then change to the "select feature" tool and click the small dot in the plot that represents the property in question. This will bring up the folio number.

Alternatively you could pay some law searchers to do it for €30.00 or so.
