Hello, I cancelled an order made with Amazon. Amazon said they never charged my card. Bank of Ireland say the card was charged and I need to get the seller to refund it. I again went back to Amazon and they denied charging my card. What can I do?

    Hi DubOnHoliday,

    Thanks for posting.

Customers must first try to resolve the issue directly with the retailer, supplier or company for all transaction dispute cases. As you have tried to do this, please download and complete the Transaction Dispute/Chargeback form and return it to:

    Bank of Ireland,
    Chargeback Unit,
    2nd Floor,
    Operations Centre,
    Cabinteely,
    Dublin 18.

    Thanks,
    Tara
