IKF Junior National Irish Opens

IKF Promoter Mick Bland and his team at Top Pro Kickboxing Gym in Kilkenny once again put together a top class Junior Irish Open National Light Contact Kickboxing Championships in the impressive O' Loughlin Gaels GAA Club in Kilkenny.
The tournament attracted young fighters from all over Ireland and the set up was second to none as they had three full boxing rings and two matted areas available to ensure the tournament ran smoothly and no-one was waiting too long and all divisions were run off in a few hours.
When the junior championships were over and as the rings were already in place, there was a novice adults tournament for fighters with up to three fights experience set up to give people the chance to fight under various rules such as Full Contact, K-1, Low Kick and White Collar Boxing and several novice fighters took advantage of this to gain invaluable experience in their chosen sport.
