Structured PhD programme: Texts, Contexts, Cultures

There was a thread on the Texts, Contexts, Cultures structured PhD programme http://www.textscontextscultures.ie/ here a few years ago.
I thought the programme looked interesting and I was thinking about applying; however, my spies in Trinity tell me it isn't taking place this academic year (although there is a fairly current post on their website about scheduled research methods classes).
I wonder whether there are any boardsies who were involved with the programme over the years and who might
    (a) share their opinion of it, and
    (b) have any idea whether it's dead or just sleeping?
    Ta.

I got the impression that the funding ran out for the project? So whether that means it's completely dead or merely sleeping (if they're planning on applying for more money in the future) I can't say. But I wouldn't have too much hope.

EDIT: It would seem that it is still running, but that you're not guaranteed a scholarship if you're accepted, as per my previous point about their funding coming to an end. In TCD's case it says that you will be 'considered' for a Long Room Hub scholarship, the implication being that not everyone will get one, whereas I think in previous years if you were accepted it included a scholarship (could be wrong here!)?

No worries, they actually have a website where you can check it out more fully: http://www.textscontextscultures.ie/

I was considering this at one point, and am now doing a PhD elsewhere, so if you want any (random, scattered) thoughts please just ask! :)
