    Hey there!

    We're looking for someone to occupy a double room in a house on Cork Street in Dublin 8. The house is located in a gated estate called Vintage Court on the street. It's only a minutes walk for a Lidl, Centra, Pharmacy and Off Licence. Currently living in the house are a 2nd Year Modern Music student and a 1st year Multimedia student, both aged 20.
    This is a smoking house as we are allowed to smoke inside. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The room available will be on the 2nd floor of the house. There is quite the chilled out atmosphere in the house and the house has many leather-bound books and smells of rich mahogany.
    Rent is 400 a month plus 20 a month for UPC.
    So, essentially we're looking for someone laid back, friendly and just generally sound!
    All genders and sexualities accepted!
