10-10-2012 04:55PM#1please help . was banned (jan2009) drink drive for 3yrs... In (oct2009) I foolishly drove my car whilst banned and was stopped by the Garda . went to court (oct2010) and was banned for 5yrs . Can I apply to the court to get my licence back april 2013? that will be 2&hallf yr of the 5yr ban served.....Learnt my lesson big time as I lost my job because of what I done....
Heard so many different things about getting licence back ...some say no because second offence some say maybe up to the judge some say need to wait for 2 thirds
of the 5yr ban before I can get it back....
Can anyone help and explain to me if and when I can get it back ...
