22 - 24 inch Full HD Tv

Been looking at a 22inch Samsung Tv for €189 , was about to buy it till i found out the sound quality is "horrible". Every similar TV I find seem to have the same problem, poor sound quality. So if anyone know's of a 22" - 24" Full HD with decent sound quality it'd be appreciated.
