After a sock and jock wash do I always have one left over sock

Does this happen to any one else?
Theres nothing as anoying as having one missing sock and how come they always disappear?

Is there a sock monster or does the washing machine eat them up?

i think socks are very easy to drop on the way to and from the machine without realising thats why they turn up in strange places

So the washing machine gives you a free sock, and you're accusing it of stealing them? poor misunderstood washing machine :(

Has anyone ever noticed this mundane every day thing? Well let me tell you about it in painful fashion and try to come off witty right at the end. I'll quirk my eyebrows and shrug in exasperation to let you know.

Snowie, you're not sorting your laundry correctly. You are probably leaving some socks in the laundry basket, odd ones are put into the machine and the same happens with your next wash.

An average washing machine has a capacity of 4-5kgs. How long does it take to you to accumulate a full load of socks and jocks? I don't like the idea of dirty socks and jocks festering in your laundry basket, don't like it at all :(.

I have only odd pairs of socks left now and I don't know why. I wear mismatching socks every day. People think I'm trying to be "kooky" but actually I'm just too lazy to go to Penneys and buy more.

What if you weren't losing a sock everytime you did your washing but gaining an extra one?

You do know that you can wash light colours together, darker colours together as well as doing a black and white wash? Put underwear and socks of the same colour in these washes, rather than a half load of them on their own. It still must take a fair bit of time to build up a half load of them!

You wash socks and jocks together? Wait until the athletes foot transfers from your socks (via your jocks) to your cock(s).

What I do now is after I am done using them as jizz bins, I turn them inside out and throw them on the ceiling.

After a few days I'll stand on my bed and pull two down and wear them out.

    Always happens to me too

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
