Will they increase the signal output for DTT on the 24th? So if you have iffy signal now, will it improve?

Only a few transmitters will increase in power on the 24th - Clermont Carn, Truskmore, Moville and Holywell Hill. The rest are running at final power.

Are you using an internal or external aerial?

Use the Saorview coverage to find the transmitter recommended for your area - http://www.saorview.ie/make-the-switch/coverage-map/

It's an aerial in the attic, pointed at Castlebar. I'll have a go at realigning it tonight.

Anyone know if the NI transmitters , mainly Limavaddy and Brogher are on full power yet or will we get an increase on 24th?

Both analogue and Saorview are transmitted from Castlebar, if your analogue reception from there was good Saorview reception should be OK. UHF Group A required, hoizontially polarised.

Being discussed in the UTV thread at the top of the forum. 1 mux from each transmitter on full power.
