Just wondering would anyone know how much a monthly ticket would be from Galway (Gmit) or Galway city to Athlone I.T.

Doesn't matter which bus it is i.e. citylink, bus eireann

That price may be for a normal return ticket for which is valid for up to one month.

I'm only familiar with Bus Éireann, and they do 10 journey tickets, but not monthly tickets. A 10 journey ticket is valid for 7 consecutive days. A quick check of BÉ online says that's €49.40, with the 5% discount for booking online.

Give Citylink a ring on 091 564164 and ask them for the cost of a 10 journey ticket from Athlone to Galway.
if you look up citylink.ie you can see the time table - this bus stops at both athlone it and athlone golden island bus stops.
