    has anyone else ordered glasses from this lot?

    I ordered a pair of distance glasses from them with a valid up-to-date prescription from my optician, got them today and they're completely wrong - I can't see a bloody thing through them! How they managed to feck it up so badly, I have no idea :confused:

    Just wondered if anyone else has had a bad experience similar to this from Feicim.ie and if so, did you manage to resolve it at all?

    OMG I just ordered glasses from them, and waiting for them to arrive now, I hope I dont have the same issue! I am a bit worried now.

    I get mine from zennioptical. Never a problem

    I've e-mailed them numerous times about a refund without a reply. Bunch of cowboys as far as I can make out.

    Let me know how you get on though :)

    Hi again, I haven't received mine yet still. I emailed them yesterday, I got no reply, so I emailed them again today saying that I was going to place an issue about the payment on paypal, I also claimed to be a police officer and that i did not take fraud lightly and would not let the matter go! (a bit extreme but I am just trying to see if I can get them to respond!) lol. so we'll see..... @ tatranska- Thanks for the heads up, I must give them a try. If I don't hear from them though I will go through the resolution centre on pay pal to see if i can get my money back- Hopefully people will read this and steer well clear of them!

    @ Dark Crystal- I got a reply from them telling me that my glasses were dispatched and they arrived today- perfect!! I feel a bit guilty for my heavy handedness now!! But it all ended well. Dont think I'll chance them again though, just in case!

    Three weeks for a pair of specs!
    No explanation for delay.
    No one answering email/phone.
    Not exactly super service.

    Whatever you do, do NOT use this website. Order placed 01-Nov-2012, no response as of 07-Nov-2012, follow up email sent, no response, tried to call, the telephone number doesn't work, either the Irish or the US! I'm having to go through Sagepay to try and get a refund. AVOID at all costs

    My husband ordered glasses through these cowboys, glasses arrived but wrong glasses, can't return them as don't know where to return them, phone number not working. Pity he didn't read this thread before ordering! Buyer be very Aware:mad:

    Ordered glasses from this shower three weeks ago and payed via paypal. No contact from them since. I sent them emails, they took the money, i got no glasses....

    Wouldn't recommend them at all, no customer service. My husband did receive glasses but were wrong ones, could not return them as could not get in contact with them.
