I am an Automation engineer currently in employment. However at the moment I would like to make the move into the Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices Industries if possible doing the same line of work. However it appears to me so far that these large multinationals don't want to know you unless you have had long term experience working in the Pharma/Medical Device areas before as they are so highly regulated. How would I go about making this transition from where I am at the moment (doing project based automation work) to getting into these regulated industries. I would really appreciate some advice on this. thanks in advance
