No dedicated Tablet forum in the Tech area?

    I cannot find one if there is, these tablets are big business now I think it be good to have a special area for tablets in the Tech area.

    You go either to the Android or Apple forum (depending if you have an iPad/Android tablet).

    And then you have people who still have the RIM-based Blackberry Playbook and the WebOS based HP Touchpad. In 2 weeks you will also have consumers with Windows 8 RT tablets.

    The growing demand for a one stop shop for tablet discussion seems prevalent.

    Windows tablet users would be better served by a Windows Mobile Device forum. A dedicated tablet forum would just become a battleground for the various fanboy factions.

    both a forum for tablets and a forum for windows mobile devices have been requested.

    tablets got -4 votes and mobile devices got +7

    not enough support for either suggestion.

    however the tablet forum suggestion was almost a year ago. maybe post a forum request in the forum request forum here:

    there are time limits on when you can re-request a rejected or expired forum request but we dont have anything for those that finish with a negative score... maybe a 1 year limit would be fair? so post you request in december and we'll revisit the decision.
