Was sent this photo from Dunmore East, afaik it's a diy install & the pole has a winch mechanism to let it up & down.Problem is that it's bolted to the gable of the house with no stay wires.Hate to be in that house if it comes down in a storm. Sorry for the pic,best I could do,but you'll get the gist.
