Help with SportsDirect.com issues

    I bought items recently,but one of the items a pair of boots firstly came in a badly battered a torn box,had a size 8.5 and a 9.5 boot i ordered a 8.5 pair,now i have been trying to contact them with this issue but i am getting no response at all,any one else have customer service issues with this company before.or know how i could go about resolving the issue,emails do not work i cannot find a phone no. for them

    Maybe try ringing one of the regional stores and see if they can put you on to someone.

    All the regional store phone numbers can be found via the store finder tab at the top of their web pages.

    File the chargeback with your bank if you won't be able to get a reply from SD.

    It's up to SD to rectify the issue .
