Would this fulfill criteria to be a rejected takeoff as described..seems to be really slow ?

I would doubt it, I imagine the pilots detected an issue once they lined up and then just went at taxi speed back to the apron.

Well policy in my place is that once you receive the take off clearance that take off has "begun" and the procedure is live. So taking that into account I suppose it could be classed as a rejected take off.

Most likely a return to stand to address a technical problem or medical issue on board.

When exactly did it occur? We can go back and listen to LiveATC and hear what the reason was.

Sounds like the engines were spooling up at the start of the video......so I would say Yes it was a very earl rejected take-off.

I was trying to listen out to see but the traffic noise made it hard. I would guess that they didn't stabilise N1 in that case or there was a red flag when the engines spooled up.
