Mouse Beeping Noise

    I recently purchased a Gigabyte M6900 mouse and have noticed a beeping noise from my headphones whenever the mouse is lifted off of the mousepad. Basically when the sensor/LED is not being covered. I also notice it sometimes when I move the mouse. I have tried all of the USB ports, different mice and updated the drivers with no luck, any ideas?

    Try disabling or muting line-in and microphone in your sound settings
