Does anywhere provide grants for latops for students from low income families ?

A lad in my class has got one. That is because he lives around Dublin Docks. There some sort of grant available for people in that area.

I'm in D12 if that matters.

Perhaps this could be a special education grant from the local partnership company in the Docklands.

I know Bray Area Partnership give these. But not all partnership companies do.

The CPLN might cover your area. Ring them and ask them do they give out education grants.

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

If you has a learning disability you can apply for a laptop/computer equipment through most colleges - most people who got grants for computers get them for this reason - at least thats been my experience
