Just after 2pm today, three Forresters pull up in the supermarket carpark and Garda in full combat gear armed to the teeth and with battering rams jump out and run down the road
Anyone know what was going on?

In all seriousness though, hopefully nobody got hurt whatever it was.

It either happened or it didnt. Its hardly someone completely exaggerating.

Someone seen a Guard going into the Spar for a breakfast roll and it escalates to this.

It happened alright, must have been a false alarm. when I was passing back the ARU were packed up and heading back to Ballybricken and there was one Garda in talking to a girl in the hairdressers (cue another range of meaningless comments) :)
Sully is slipping up when he doesn't know what is going on in Waterford, or maybe he counts Ferrybank as Kilkenny

Heard it was pssibly a raid on a flat above Aphrodite's, No one home by the sounds of it, must have been after a serious character with the firepower on show. Putting 2 + 2 together and getting 5, I wonder did it have anything to do with the shooting of that young lad in Dublin, seeing as they arrested a fella in Wexford for it

That happened yesterday evening. The 'raid' was in the afternoon?

Heard someone broke a €100 note in the shop and they called in the big boys to find out why someone in Waterford would be having that amount of money, apparently enda was asking.

they are the lads who won the contract to take all the waterford CITY signs down, and they thought ferrybank was part of waterford.
