Seems to be some weird App Store issues happening a few people and needs a pretty odd fix:

    1. setting>general>date&time = set automatically to OFF
    2. set your year to 2013
    3. Turn ipad off and connect again your network connection and open your app store. wait and see..it should now open!
    4. you can set back your date&time = set automatically to ON again

I had two mates who installed iOS6 on their iPhones and neither of them had wireless anymore, not even showing available networks. The Net is awash with complaints that iOS6 bricked the wireless on many Apple devices. I just rolled my friends iPhone back to iOS5 and all is well again. Seems to be major issues with iOS6.

In my case it was the iPhone, in yours it's the iPad but the principle is the same.

First you should backup your device in iTunes

connect it to iTunes, click your device in the left pane & choose backup.

Next, download the iOS5 firmware for you specific device from HERE: (Each device has its own specific firmware)

Once the correct firmware file has been downloaded, (make sure to note where you've saved it (generally your "Downloads" folder). Make sure your device is still plugged in & iTunes is open, click your device's icon on the left hand side and a menu should come up asking if you'd like to update the device or restore it to factory defaults. At this point, hold down the option button on your Mac (or the shift button on your Windows PC keyboard while clicking "Restore"), go through the menus and locate the iOS5 firmware file you've downloaded for your device. Click the "Open" button and allow it to restore.

When completely restored to iOS5 you can restore your backup you made in step 1
