    Hi,
Sorry if this post is in the wrong place but here goes.
There's a house in our Estate which has been empty for the last two years. Recently the front window in the house got broken. The guy next door offered to fix it free of charge (he's in that line of work and doesn't want the house next door falling apart) we (residents Assocation) found that the property is in the ownership of the TSB, we contacted them over a month ago. However they have more or less ignored us, we can't even get through to anyone who deals with there properties, they won't even confirm for us weather they own it or not. We pointed out that we're offering to get the work done for free but were still getting nowhere,
Any ideas, the man who offered to do it doesn't want to enter the property without the owners permission, Do banks have no responsible for properties that they own ??
