In order to evict a tenant for anti social behavior who is it up to to decide whether the tenant has been involved?

Would a landlord be open to a claim of liable if he evicted a tenant for anti social behavior if non is proven?

    Surely you/he means defamation? :D

OP You cant seek legal advice here speak to a solicitor about this and the much more likely wrongful eviction issue.

    Yes lible.

Im not seeking advice im speaking hypothetics

The legislation says a tenant is entitled to four weeks upon notice of eviction to vacate apartment however it's less for a tenant who has been involved in anti social behavior

You mean defamation the distinction between libel and slander has been codified into one. More info might be gleemed from the act here.

I'd focus on qualified privilege personally but I've been known to be wrong occasionally all the time.

Someone else has posted a link to the act, look at section 18 and also section 19.
