changing from cpa to other professional institute

08-10-2012 10:48pm#1just checking really, i got x exemptions initially (from having doing a course in university) when starting out with cpa
i have now gone on to pass a further y exams with the cpa.
i am curious if i now change to one of the other professional organisations, will the combined x and y be used when deeming what exemptions i am entitled to?
apologies if this is a stupid question

Well the best thing to do is contact the institute you are thinking of changing to, but as a rule of thumb, unless you have actually qualified as a CPA, probably not.0 -
