Lads,

There's a few issues with my car that I need to get sorted... mainly I need 2 new rear shock mounts (and possibly shocks too) and 2 new headlights (because the mounting brackets are gone, so the alignment won't stick).

Any recommendation for a scrapyard where I can at least find the headlights (I guess I need to get the shocks & mounts new)? I tried Summerhill but they didn't have them. I'm in the D1 area

It's very hard to find anything for the front of any car in a scrapyard simply because most cars that are scrapped are crashed which usually damages the front end. For the same reason, any car that is scrapped with a good front end is stripped very quickly.

If you have the headlamp brackets you might be able to get them re-attached by plastic welding.
