I've a pair of lace up boot similar to the boots below but it black. Would it be ok to wear them this winter or would they look very dated? If you think they are still ok what would you suggest wearing them with?

I don't think they will look too dated at all. Oh and wear them with skinny jeans :)

Do you think they would be nice with a leather skirt or would that look trashy?

Was it a shorter or knee length skirt btw?

Maybe knee length. Short might look cheap.

Yeah I think a knee length skirt would suit them.

    Wow, they look lovely. ^.^
It depends on your style of course.
I think they would look nice with a black skirt and of course skinny jeans.
But if you have any more ideas yourself just go for it.
Be confident with what you wear. :)

Nice boots, you should wear a matching leather skirt or leather look leggings with them - it would be a fabulous look.

I prefer a more sophisticated look. Possible a knee length leather skirt but I wouldn't wear a short one with boots.

A leather knee length leather skirt would look great with your lace up boots - go for it!

Oh wow! I've just discovered this website thanks to you! THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of shoes and boots! Heaven!

I think the boots look kind of rustic. At the moment there's a trend for country chic - quilted jackets, polo necks (though personally I don't like them) etc.

On the other hand the boots can be classic - I saw a gorgeous chanel-like jacket in Penneys other day, kind of black tweed, I'm sure you know the style. Your boots would look well with this style of jacket, black and white scarf and skinny jeans tucked in or with a skirt and opaque black tights :)
