just bought a gas fire for our hearth and its all set up for an installation. before i call someone to come and fit it do i need to make sure the back is totally flat?? there's a small drop (maybe 3/4 inch) from the marble in front to the bottom of the concrete behind. so i need to bring this up with fire proof cement before i can get the fireplace installed??
    thanks
