Thanks for this, was just looking at it in Power City yesterday! Just a word of warning, estimated arrival date is Oct 26-Nov 2 for those in a hurry

Yep, it's a decent deal for sure, but considering it says 'in stock' on Amazon, i've no idea why it'll take so long to ship?

It might say arrival date is Oct 26-Nov 2 now but that can chance once an order goes in.There was another bargain alert for an LG TV last year ,when I ordered it it was over 4weeks to delivery but a few days later that was amended and I got it within a week.

May go for this as I'm in the market for something along these lines.

Just a note on the OP: the price is £276.69, which currently translates to €357.51.

When I select delivery address as Ireland it tells me that it won't ship here.

Odd. A few hours ago it progressed to the 'confirm' screen for me, but now I'm getting the same as you.

Might be worth printing out and going to Power city.
Dont they price match if its a genuine case?

It's because Amazon have limited stock already in a warehouse in Ireland, once that's gone it will say out of stock for Ireland until they ship more over.

You can still use Parcel Motel though.

If not using Parcel Motel (and I wouldn't for a tele) Amazon will add on an extra couple of percent for Irish VAT won't they? Pushing it up to over €360 anyway.

Given it's €389 in Powercity and Currys some may consider it worth buying locally for warranty, service, Irish jobs and all that.
