Upgrading Eircom Router - Much involved?

Hi I've a Eircom Motorola Netopia 2247-62 Its a 10/100 router. I was hoping to upgrade it as I've a lot of high def 3d footage that I stream from my pc to three different room. Would I need to replace the cat 5 cables too? Also would anyone know what router I should go for? thanks m
