A solicitor who specialises in family law would be a good start.

    In what sense?

    FLAC provide free legal advice.

GCD, Indo, DIT and many other places run Family Law modules as part of their courses I'm sure if you have the cash you can do one of those.

A book? (Probably not much cheaper than doing a bloody course in all honesty!)

There is a Parenting Forum somewhere - 95% of the issues in that could be solved with a clip round the ear but don't say that there it's not popular! ;) That said you may get an answer to a question there.

What you wont get is legal advice in this forum - infractions / bans seem to be liberally distributed as reminders to some of us (who shouldn't even be trying to give legal advice in the first place as we're not qualifed to do so).
