Personal Loans on 820/801 Visa

Hi guys, Does anyone know of any banks offering personal loans on the above Visa? Had the 801 granted about 7 months. I'm not worried about meeting financial requirements. That is all okay. But trying to find a bank or credit union that offers the service hasn't been easy.
