is there anyway online to get listings of the programmes setanta (freetoview) show unscrambled needing only a viewing card,

tonight inter v ac Milan was free which was good.

Only noticed that that game was "freeview" late this afternoon. I have Premier Tv also tuned in. That channel is designed for ex-pats in the UK. Sub is £6 a month. They also had an hour freeview this evening. Bloody Nascar. Just wondering is this a ploy by Setanta to try and entice more subs. If they reduced their obnoxious tarriff of €16.99 to a fiver they might meet their critical mass.:)

setanta sports 1 had the Eamon Coughlan kenyan documentary that was on rte freeview early this morning also.

be good if we could get more notice and not have to wait for it to show on now and next

The TV listings on Sky's website say whether something is a free view event.

If you've got the new sky epg you can do a search in the guide for free view and you'll get a list for the next 7 days.

Oxymoron. It needs a viewing card because it's scrambled.

The Setanta FTV scheme is a dubious marketing ploy to sell subscriptions.

Anyone with a card can get it,even if it's an old deactivated Sky card.Simply put the card in the box & viola,Setanta's FTV offerings become available.

No need for UK ftv cards to watch it,the only drawback is if you use the skybox for fta you need to remove the card & reboot the box to get the UK epg again (non HD boxes of course)

did a search on the sky epg website didnt show up any setanta programmes just box nation and some asian channels

changed it to granada n the same just got box nation on for a look its cleared for a freetoview programme another to have tuned in
