fiesta mk3 indicator/wiper stalks removal

    I've got a faulty indicator problem and I think the problem is with the stalk and whatever goes on in there. The indicators (left or right) just come on but dont flash. I've read here and there that the stalk is probably to blame but am shagged if I can see how to get mine off. Anyone any clues, I hate doin new jobs coz I always break stuff.....

    I am not any expert by any means, but I would have thought that the problem would be with the relay rather than the switch.

    or with a bulb. Are both front and back coming on and staying on?

    sorry peeps, was offline for a bit, thanks for the relies, think it was the relay after all, didnt realise there was one right in under the stalk
