How to reset code for CD on Micra 2003?

CD player on my car won't allow me to insert a CD. Think this happened before and it's to do with resetting a code? Anyone any suggestions?

Thanks for replying. No, it's not. I just vaguely remember this happened before and the guy in the garage said it was a simple matter to reset the code

Disconnect radio from power supply for a few minutes. When power is reapplied there is a chance that the cd will reset itself especially if it is a Blaupunkt brand.
