Out today for Cork to Cobh 15 mile race which I was using as part of LSR for DCM. During warm up right hamstring was sore but figured that it would loosen out during first 3 miles which I was running easy. Got some sharp pain in hamstring during these miles and would has stopped but my car was in Cobh, hamstring loosen out after this and race went well.
When do you know it time to stop with an injury?
Whats the best way of treating slight tear?
3 weeks to Dublin so hopfully it will be OK?

Go see a physio straight away. There's a huge range of hamstring injuries. A good professional will be your best guide by far.

Went to my physio yesterday just to be on the safe side, very light strain and he worked on it for a while, he was happy enough for me to keep training. Glad I didnt stop now.

Paying for my trip today as hamstring is very sore but that a good thing!
