€700 budget light 3d modeling/animation/gaming pc

Hi could someone please review my list and tell me if I am ok or am I going to pay too much..

What I'm looking to do
looking for a fast pc, €700 budget, needs to run windows 7, light 3d modeling/animation, gaming etc.

Dabs are only ok, value wise. You'd be much better going with hardwareversand. That build is going to be quite slow actually, you're booting from a 5400RPM drive.

When are you ordering?

I thought Intel Core i5 & Asus P8Z77-V PRO Motherboard good? and I thought Corsair are good for ram?

There's a guide around here somewhere how to do it, have a look around!
