    Does anyone know how strict the revenue are on the age requirments? I was 35 in september and there is land for sale at auction at the end of october i am interested in. thinking of ringing teagasc in the morning.

    I'd imagine that there is zero leyway! Where do you draw the line! In any case, I thought the young farmer exemptions only applied to inheritance?
