    It might be a little limited in the options there. I'm not sure 'inhouse' accurately covers the cases of 'nobody' or 'what is SEO?' that might be relevant in a survey like this (though hopefully it wouldn't be the case on an SEO specific forum).

    I would also detach "On Site SEO" from "Off Site SEO" to give a better idea. Some companies work on the website and/or off the website, either "once-off" or on a monthly basis.
