    www.elistaeducation.com
Alison Bush of Elista runs an excellent dog training instructor's course, based near Portlaoise, but is distance learning with residential practical sections throughout the course for hands-on learning. Not an expensive course either, considering what you get out of it.
There is also an option to do more advanced courses following on from the first one.
Great to hear you're keen to get trained, there are wayyyy too many cowboys out there running dog training classes! Good luck!
