Can anyone tell me how I go about changing my username? I've emailed boards but got no reply. I'm a subscriber too, so it shouldn't be a problem.. Any suggestions?

And did you deliberately change your usergroup back to normal users from subscribers?

My subscription is a one time only payment. Would that be the problem?

Your subscription is valid until 26/10/12, so there's no problem there. Name change requests should be posted in this forum.
