What does it mean when someone says "including postage"?

Someone made on offer on an ad of mine on Advert.ie and they said:

    "8euro offered. Including postage?"

When someone says that, do they mean that they are asking if the price includes the postage rate and they pay for it, or do they mean that they are wonderingn if I am to pay for the postage?

Please help, I am new to all of this.

They are asking if the price includes the cost of postage. If it doesn't then it would mean the buyer would have to pay more than €8 as the cost of postage has to be added to the total price.

For example if the postage is €1.20, the buyer is asking are they going to pay you €8 or €9.20.

If you can read this, you're too close!
