how much tax will i pay?

    Has any one got a rough idea how much tax/prsi/usc i will pay on €216 a week part time job.
    married man
    wife not workiing (not signing/housewife)
    2 kids

    assuming no other income you would only be liable for USC which is 2% of the total up to 10k then it moves to 4% on earnings over 10k. You wouldnt pay PRSI or income tax at this level. Lots of online tax calculators if you want to check http://www.hookhead.com/Tools/tax2012.jsp
