    Anyone else remember The Paper Chase, it used to be on RTE during early 90's I think before the Love Boat came on around afternoon time.

    Think it was based on the movie from 1973 about a guy studying law and his relationship with a lecturer's daughter.

    Oh god yes.

    It was one of my favourite programs (and since I was in college at the time it had a certain relevance).

    John Houseman was the formidable law lecturer. I would have been quaking at his lectures in case he fired off a question at me. And he knew my name because he had photos of all of us.
