Tax Back

    Hi

    I am currently in college (22yr old) and would like to get braces as my teeth are beginning to push out and get crowded considering I removed my wisdoms.
    Basically If I were to get braces and my mother helped out to pay them can she claim tax back since she is working? Or is it only if she was to get braces say?

    Whoever pays gets the med2 and the tax back...

    ok so my mother says hey I paid i want to claim tax back?? what proof would they need?

    the dental surgery will provide her with a med2 for payments received
