Looking at doing a 50k race early next year. I am looking for a training schedule, which ones are the best ?

Currently running 50mpw. Training for the Clonakilty marathon. I have ran 4 marathons in the past so just looking to step it up another level.

Training for marathons, my longest run will be 20 miles which I do three times in the training cycle.

any other tips when training for a 50km ?

Any marathon training plan will do for a 50 k as well.

TFB is right of course but if you have marathon pace segments in your plan you might consider doing slightly longer 50k pace segments instead.
