coverup question

Hi Everyone.
Hoping for some honest help and pointers .

I have a tribal half sleeve which I got got stupidly to cover another stupid Tattoo(yip the word stupid describes that part of my life well)
It wasnt done well and bothers me quite a bit now.

I was wondering can anyone recomend someone who is firstly honest , good artist with ideas that would be able to advise me if there is a possibility of a full cover up or would it be a 'try and fix it and that will teach you not to be a stupiu t#*t in future ' job
I have tried a few local studios in the North and North west but didn't get the feeling they had the knowledge or skill.
I am wiling to go the extra mile to get something done and any help would be apreciated.
even after reading up on coverups Im still none the wiser if you can cover up blacks with coulor etc .

This shop on facebook recently covered up this black with blue. I'm not completely convinced but. anyho.




You could perhaps try lasering for a few sessions before you go trying to get coloured in again. If you're in the North tattoos for lost souls have a lot of experience with less of the horrendous waiting lists of white dragon tattoo.

Thats a really good cover up Fewtinsoffroth but the tribal beneath it is really faded.

Black is usually the hardest colour to cover up especially with colour and if its not as faded as the one in this pic.

Post a pic op and lets see how bad it is.
