    Hello,

Would anyone be able to recommend a good solicitor in a case concerning another solicitors negligence in a plannning permission dispute.

A person I know purchased a site nearly ten years ago despite their being issues with boundaries around the site with others in the area. They werent informed of any issues with the boundaries at the purchasing stage & went ahead & bought the site.

For this reason now they have been unable to attain planning permission to sell the site & have lost a large amount of money because of this. As far as I know they dont even have full ownership now of the site but have paid the full price that was asked of them. Is the solicitor cupbable concerning this?

    Any help is much appreciated
